Nissan oxygen sensor failure 2.4 16v published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello everyone!

I tell you that I had a problem with a 2.4 16V motor truck, recently started the engine progressed without problem, but when the engine reaches its normal temperature I no longer wanted to go and had a failure that is a lack of fuel or spark failure, but after several days and tireless reviews reviews to disconnect the oxygen sensor and solved problem. In cold or hot the engine is 100%.

My question is, in which the sensor can affect the sensor?

Thanks to those who can give me an answer.

The oxygen sensor is in charge of monitoring the result of engine combustions, that is, comparing the amount of oxygen abroad and the one that passes through the exhaust, for example without the sensor feels high pressure of oxygen by the exhaust he informs the ECU that the mixture is poor (more air, less fuel) then the ECU increases the injection pulsation, this makes you more fuel. This is an approach to what it does.

You must have a thermostat problem of shade Lambda, it will consume you a lot if you have the shadow disconnected

It really thanks to both for their comments. On the boring side I can say that this has not been for a long time, because the weather here in Yucatan is very hot.

Do they suggest replacing the sensor?

You must be careful, you have a simple test not to err the diagnosis, connect the oxygen sensor and disconnect another one of temperature or some other, because in Options when disconnecting a sensor the ECU enters into a state of emergency and maintains established parameters so that it works but does not really indicate which tests before changing the oxygen sensor and comments since it is a failure that many forists request.
