A question, the mixture of water and oil, as you realize, that is, the water enters the engine or oil enters the cooling system (radiator)

in case the oil entered the radiator, it is not necessary to change or rectify heads.

To make a more precise diagnosis you have to remove the head, because in no way can you know, it may be that it is only packing, it can be some cylinder head, but recommending that if you do not handle yourself much on the subject you take it to a service, because this brings great problems, but in the best case it is only the packaging.
Luck

Look at something very similar, in my Mustang 2001, 8 cyl, and the piece was the oil cooler, this piece is located below the oil filter, inside the piece I suffered correctness and the oil passed to the cooling system (radiator) changes the piece and ready, the car is 100. You will have to purge your radiator several times, to eliminate the oil residue that remains in the radiator. The piece is simple to remove you will have to tell your mechanic to check it, normally everyone is inclined to the heads of the heads and head rectification, there is no need. I hope it serves you, greetings.
