The lighter does not work !!!

Hello very good !!
My problem is that the car lighter does not work for me and if I wanted to know if someone tells me how to extract it to change it.
If not if they prefer you can send me a workshop manual and I look for it myself but if that would need the manual.
And a question does the lighter have a fuse? but? Is it to look at it if that, and where would it be located?
My car is an Opel Astra G 1.7 dt of 2002 or so.

I guess you mean the lighter ...
and if it carries fuse, I think it goes in the internal fuselera in the habitaculus, you take out the lid and check in this where the fuse is located.

In any part where they sell automotive spare parts, it is very common to have.
You just have to look at the same value as burned, that is defined by color.
But carrying the sample (molten fuse), they will give you an identical one.
