Megane Classic K4M burning relay fuse pump published by manual-mecanica
Good afternoon, first of all a cordial greeting and thanks in advance for the help they can give me.
The problem presented by the car (Renault Megane Classic 2001 Motor K4M) is that the 7.5a fuse that feeds the gas pump relay and the ECU is burned, it does not burn it immediately the last time hard 80km +O-, I already moved all the cables with the car on to see if it was a short or a bad contact and nothing, you see the relay, change the relay, change the relay, change the relay. Gasoline, check the pump filter and it's perfectly clean, I don't know what to do and I'm very afraid to send it to an electroauto to cut cables and do a little neat job ... thanks for the help !!!

It may be that the pump is heated or this defective and that is why you burn the fuse overwhelms the system, or if you want to rule out the wiring, put direct current to the pump and try to see how it goes.

There is resistance in your wiring ... Check the pump harness if it is falsifying generates resistance and heat the pump and also check the connectors of that same fuse ... or the best your pump needs replacement for use ...

The cables moved them all with the car on and there are no failures or tries to go out or anything, that is, the cables are fine and there are no peeled clabes, the pump has 3 and a half months (although it is a poor quality Chinese bomb), I think I am leaving for failures in the pump what seems strange to me is that it is reheated with the full tank. Shouldn't it be well refrigerated with gasoline?

The gasoline in the submerged pumps is not to refrigerate it but for a kind of lubrication, and eye the fact of moving the cables does not rule out a failure due to heating or poor contact of them. And the Chinese spare parts do not serve are of very poor quality, they are sold under the consensus of American, German licensias and that but they are of very poor quality, I have put Chinese modules that have bad factory, bearings that last two days and thus millions of failures.
