Ford Ka does not accelerate

I think this car was disassembled to change the Board of the Cynate Head, I stayed well, soon after that work the engine began to tremble in idle and accelerated as sucking at times, then at the same time it only accelerated only up to 2,500 rpm, which later happened, no longer accelerated, it only accelerated until the 1,500 rpm.
The air filter disassembled to see if it was by air restriction but the same, it sounded like truck they occupy Jacobs brakes to say how it sounded.
Any idea what can it be?

Czech that the multiple of admission does not have air leaks or that the butt packing is blown up if it is sounding like truck brakes, check the flow hose that is not cut or loose after the flow.
