Water in Ford Lobo 5.4 v spark plug published by Manual-Mecanica

Ford Lobo that presents very little antifreeze in the first spark plug, the problem just begins. Apparently the unit has not overheated (marks the normal temperature). What suggestions can be done?

If you want to gain a little time before the problem is precent, made a liquid called Cellabock with that you will gain time, application intruptions come in the jar

It is recommended that you take your head, you send it to brush, because there is no better remedy than this, otherwise you run the risk that if the escape to the cylinder will increase you will deviate it since the liquids are not compressed.
