Habitual fan

Hello, I am Javi, today the heating and a/a fan of my car stops working, I have a Renault Megane III Coupe Dinamique. I wanted to know what fuse I have to look at or if there is someone who has something similar. I can regulate the climate and the power of the air, although it does not respond, I can connect the A/A but it does not have a drop of air.

Take out the roulette (potentiometro) bridge, gathering them cables.
If the engine works is the roulette that is cut and does not let electricity pass.

If the engine does not work, see if current comes.

It is usually the roulette that is filled with dirt or cut.
