Malibu 2000 V6 Unstable the engine (vibration)

I have a Malibu 2000 SFI3100 engine

yesterday night, I went to leave some friends and back I had to accelerate until it reached 70km. The acceleration was fast.

Today in the morning, I turned on the car and trembled a lot as if he went out. The engine light blinked.

The car has changed the TPS, spark plug wires, spark plugs, air filter, oil, oil filter. It has no more than a month that the change was made.

Well, the mechanic and the first fault was an injector that was running, it has changed yesterday.

The second and most important failure is that one of the packaging is damaged because the water passes it directly to the exhaust tube and the 6 pistons are not working.

And bring wear inside the engine, itself.

The engine fails and you have to repair it, and I have three options;

Buy a repaired engine
buy a used engine
or repair my engine.
