DISTRIBUTION TENSOR CITROEN C3 1.1 HFX Published by Manual-Mecanica
Greetings to all:

And tried to change the distribution to this coxe but I do not know very well how the tensioner is going, I am oriented with the self -destroying and I have done it as it says "or so I think" and the Coxe does not start except with help stepping on the accelerator a little; When starting the Coxe rounded well I do not hear rare noises I am scared because I try ahead and then delaying a dandelion of the crankshaft but I do not hear strange noises and in one of the tests I started well but I kept seeing the weaning belt between crankshaft and camshaft; It can influence the battery decrease for so many start tests although it appears to me that the starter engine drags well; I have two days to stop with him and I am losing encouragement and forces in addition to scares in case something else is damaged.

Do not save how much I appreciate your help with this problem.

As always a health and thank you very much.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Tensioner Distribution Citroen C3 1.1 HFX
You have to fit the tensioner's paddles in a recess in the engine and then turn it in the direction of the randg needles with an Allen Asta key that the arrow is in the slot that is seen.
In Autodata you get the draft marks place them as it puts and check them before starting. Take a few laps and take them to the site and coincide.

I fit it as you say, the turn in the direction of the clock needles, I have not done it, but on the contrary "that I do not know if that is important but I wish" everything else and I take except the turn you comment in a clockwise direction.

And observed that the part that does not have a tensioner from the crankshaft to the camshaft as the belt is missing a pelin to tighten better, is that symptom of bad adjustment of the tensioner, right? Come on, I don't have it well.

I have tried to see something in videos and use a belt tensioner is it necessary too?

I am already relevant to the head without being successful, the self -destination says on the tensor theme:

-Get the tensioner roller until the index is indicated in the indicated position 9 "no sense of turn" "good in a clockwise".

Assemble tensioner support tool "A L -shaped ring"

-Provisional Try the tensioner nut.
-Get the crankshaft 4 turns and put it in the draft position.
-Comprob that adjustment pins enter and take them out.
- Hold the tensioner with the Allen key, loosen the nut, remove the ring.
-Get the tensioner roller until the index is in the indicated position 12 "helping me of the Allen clear."
-And if you pass from the notch to repeat the tensioned? Everything from tightening first "I have made, although that, I do not know how"

there is something that escapes, is it complex to perform with little experience in these tensioners? ":( :( :( :( :(

I am already giving up the head without being successful, the self -destination says on the tensor theme:

-Get the tensioning roller until the index is indicated 9 "no sense of turn" "good in a schedule".

Mount tensor fastening tool "a L -shaped ring"

-Preate the tensioner nut.
-Get the crankshaft 4 turns and put it in the draft position.

Well, he is already mounted and rolling, I don't know if it is so simple that he looks complicated hehehe the only problem that the belt squeaks a pelin because as accelerated, the IIIIIII of this is exacerbated, I imagine that because it is new because I leave the road and great sounds less.

And above all a health and thank you all.
