I already checked everything, today I released the connectors that come from the lever to the box and tried to move the mechanism manually, but the same thing happens, those that are up ... evidently the problem is inside the box, but I do not know what it can be or how complicated and expensive to repair, perhaps it is only a piece that is rubbed or moved from place, but unfortunately there will be no other to take out the box.
