Fall revolutions in VW Polo of 99 published by Manual-Mecanica

hi there. I have a 99 gasoline vw pole and the revolutions fall quite a lot. I know that it has a mechanical assisted direction and that one of the reasons is that but I doubt that, when turning the steering wheel, it is heated.
I hope you can give me some solution.
