Renault symbol goes out

Greetings to all panas! thanking your experience in cars! I have a Renault Symbol, recently tried to turn it on but when you pass the key you are heard a click from the boot and the entire electrical system is turned off, when disconnected the battery restarts everything ;; It is as if there were a short in the vehicle, I have taken the start to check if the problem is there; If anyone has any idea, I appreciate them in advance, and if it is short that makes the entire electrical system turn off? If it is a relay, what would it be? All this is just my hypothesis!
