Hello, I have a partner '9 when the vehicle starts, turn on the electrventilator and it is working. What is the fault? It runs the risk of burning?

It is likely that the relay, controllao, burning, is not stuck but wears the divine button.

Surely you are giving problems the thermocontact (try to decone it and if you stop you already know that you should change it).

Thanks for the help, the circuit was ok. I cost me the relay, who are in front of the front. It should be a code error in the ECU, which did not receive the electros stop signal. To solve it, draw the relay and let the engine take temperature and thus obtain the signal then place, closing the circuit.
