Seat Ibiza

Hello I have a Seat Ibiza Hit of the year 98 5 doors 1.4 gasoline I stop sometimes I give the key and start light either cold or hot the car, I walk with unemployment in some stop or traffic light etc .. And I stop at the key and start without problems while I walk does not stop and that happens sometimes not always.

Czech first that the release does not get so much in the semaphoros or when this could be the problem, if not much common current consumption with a kia.
