Please help, I have a 2002 Dodge Neo with a 2005 engine, Standar 2.0 L, a tree, everything else is 2002, I have a problem that accelerates and the engine revolutionizes but does not advance more than 2000 rpm, Quito I set the foot of the accelerator to get progress little by little, but only until 2000 rpm arrives, I already changed gasoline pump, time band, timing band, service. Electric said it was the computer, because before or advanced, I take out a cable from a relay and directly connected to the battery and start, but only progress slowly and only in plane, please help

Manual-Mecanica response on the topic Dodge Neon accelerate and does not exceed 2000 rpm
It could be transmission line some do not accelerate in neutral for protection and speed if it accelerates well, perhaps the position of positioning position in progress is not reaching a computer, and does not know that it is already underway.

Manual-Mecanica response on the topic Dodge Neon accelerate and does not exceed 2000 rpm
If by chance he received a transmission repair, it is possible that the de-incronization of the speed selector is causing an error in reading the sensor and therefore blocks the control to the RPM.

Manual-Mecanica response on the topic Dodge Neon accelerate and does not exceed 2000 rpm
Being neutral or speed when stepping on the thorough accelerator, it only reaches 2000 rpm, from 1st. up to 5a. It does the same, progress but until the 2000 rpm there you keep the needle, and the rugid of the accelerated motor to the maximum is heard when stepping in depth, but the needle does not exceed 2000, it can walk but very slow Of so many expenses, now the last electric told me that it was a mechanical question that was the cluch kit, and the mechanic tells me that the problem is electric, which does not guarantee me if the Cluch kit is also changed that would be a more expense to everything, thanks in advance for your help
