Fiat Doblo 1.9 JTD stops

I have been looking and the problem is that the petail pump of the deposit runs out of food and the second stops. I have tried to give it permanent positive but it does not want it, it does the same, until it recovers the signal does not start.

The fuel pump signal of the deposit comes from a relay of the fuse box of the engine compartment, I put an approximate drawing of which it is, anyway, kikemec and make a diagnosis of damage if you can before doing anything.
