Cajan of changes with drips ....

hello everyone.
I have an Ibiza with 1.4 engine and manual box and it loses through several sites but where it loses more oil is where the rod of the changes enters the box, I think it carries some type of seal but I am not sure what type it is and I do not know if I can change it easily, it would also have to disconnect the voices to place it,
do anyone know how to do it?
