Ford Ka reheating posted by Manual-Mecanica
Greetings to the entire community- I have a 2007 Ford Ka, which was presenting overheating problems since the electrventilator was damaged by the bearing and had to take it off. I put a universal one (I am from Venezuela, here it is very difficult to acquire original things). He never walked well with that electro because he always overheated, and after a few weeks the sensor that the electro is also damaged. This sensor was not achieved either, to which I used to place it "manual", that is, to act through a suich on the board, for this I installed a temperature sensor since the KA brings only a light (which never worked from again by the way) and monitored the temperature to drive the suich. It was like that until a week ago that still began to reheat more than the account and I realized that the water pump was also damaged because water no longer came out by the recirculation hose. I decided to stop the car and get how to buy everything again since imported spare parts are arriving from individuals. Then buy the baypass (of aluminum, not plastic like the original) that brings the thermostat and the sensor that the electrventillator activates. Buy the resistance that goes on the radiator that activates the second speed of the electro, buy the water pump with the aluminum blade (the one it brings is plastic) and also buy the electro -ventilator. All these spare parts are from Ford Fiesta, which brings the same Zetec Ro Cam 1.6 engine that the ka brings because for the ka you get almost nothing. Well, I installed all this, and last night I turned it on for the first time following what the manual says: place refrigerant to complete the level, turn on to operating temperature, turn off the engine, let it cool and complete the fluid level. According to the manual that the KA brings, the system is a highway. Well, when the temperature arrived at 60º, the electro -ventilator was normally operated, but the temperature continued to rise ... Then the second speed of the electro was operated as about 70º or 80º and the temperature continued to rise, then I had to turn off the engine. The water was boiling. What I notice is the following: the electrventilator revolves very slowly, and the high tour as it should turn on in low ... but I do not understand why when I light up either it does not cool ... What problem could be presenting with my ka? Thanks to those who can help me with this.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the subject Reheating of Ford Ka
Well thank you all for the absolute absence of cooperation in my problem. In case someone reads this post, the solution was to change the plastic container lid. It was cracked and made the compression out which originated the overheating. By accident visualize this problem by cleaning the plastic container. I hope someone is useful.
