PEUGEOT 406 Modo de economia ativa

Hello Friends of the Forum I have a problem with a Peugeot 406, it has activated the economy mode, first deactivate the central lock, then the stereo and already finally it does not let the car turn on, it goes in but it seems that it cuts the current of coils, some friends told me that I reprogram the key, it has already been done and the car remains the same, I do not know how to do any suggestion to solve this problem.
