Citroën reveals the images of the new Citroën Grand C4 Picasso , a vehicle that thanks to the new EMP2 platform can offer unique modularity, habitability and accessibility, together with very small CO2 emissions (up to 98 g/km). It also premieres the new BlueHDI technology with a version that develops a power of 150 hp and that only issues 110 g/km of CO2.
The new EMP2 modular platform (Platform Modular Efficient 2) allows a wheelbase of 2.84 m. With the same length of 4.59 m of the previous generation, the new Grand C4 Picasso wins a third row of seats , to accommodate 7 passengers, and offers greater habitability, increasing the space between row 2 and 3rd. Accessiveness is another remarkable point, especially in the 3rd row, thanks to the optimization of the opening of the doors. As for the load volume, its trunk increases its capacity to 645 liters VDA and more than 700 liters when the 2nd row is advanced to the maximum.
