Amig mine you were right together was broken !!!!!!!!!! But what I still do not understand and have never heard or seen how the Board could be given without ever having heated the vehicle.

The joints degrade over time do not always be damaged by reheating the average life of a lid joint is 5 years by ecological standards of materials
