Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Nissan P1610 and P16FF fault codes
The P1610 code is because of a problem with the NATs, or better known as the vehicle immobilizer system. And this arose for the following:
-To are using a key that is not registered or does not transmit the code
- BCM or ECM are bad
and therefore now it is in "Blocked mode"
you can do something fast:
1. Confirm the code that throws
2. Exit the blocked mode. If it is the P1610 code, follow the following with a copy of the vehicle key:
(1) -Colocate the Switch in off
(2) -Coloca the switch on ON with the registered key (not start the engine). Wait for 5 seconds
(3)-Switch says to the position OFF. Wait for 5 seconds
(4) -Repeir Step 2 and 3 twice more (being a total of 3 times)
(5) -Anca the engine
tries with this and writes to us if T worked. If not, there will be a detail with the diagnosis checking diagrams and other things.
The other code does not exist or does not comply with the structure of a code
if you want to pass the diagrams of the immobilizer system just let me know, anything only writes and try to help you friend you

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Nissan P1610 and P16FF fault codes
Have you tried other keys? If they have duplicate.
If not, the next step is to check the entire system, starting with the immobilizer control unit (Nvis Nats Immu) that is located in the ignition switch and its contiguous components (fuses, relay, cables). In the case of being bad, it will be necessary to replace and encode all the keys that the owner has. Tell me what motor it brings (code), if it is national or extr. To be able to pass the diagram so that you check every friend
