It happened to me an equal problem in a Kia Sportage. I change the address pump and make sure the belt was well regulated. The problem was solved. The address pump was operated with the water pump pulley so regulate the two straps well.

The belt and tensor are new, change them before changing the pump and do not regulate, the tensor has a spring and a shock absorber, thanks for answering :)

Well, it was the alternator pulley (free wheel), the problem was solved and solved.
