Thank you all for your help.
Incredibly the engine starts at the first, but as Richardtz says, it sounds and is ugly and when accelerating.
The MAF sensor arrives 4 cables, in this case it has a white one cut the thickest of everything. I attach some photos of camshaft synchronization.

According to the car dates that sensor is 3 lines, between terminal 3 and land there must be battery voltage, you must do the test with the sensor disconnected. In the center terminal with the disconnected connector and land there must be 0 omios. And finally in terminal 1 with the ignition and land there must be 1 volt, to the idle of 1.2 to 1.8 volts with the connected sensor. Check that what stops me weird is that 4 cables reach the sensor and see the diagram and I get those three.

Richardtz thank you very much you were all the reason was the upper tensioner, changed it and removed the ugly noise, also accelerates well. Now it is not yet possible to control the idle, reviving the IAC AAC, when moving it alone, disconnected varied the idle. Also the neutral sensor is disconnected. And regarding the MAF I attach some photos. Now what seems strange to me disconnect any sensor and the Check Engine Avizo is not turned on and the witness light is good.
