Well, I had a megane II of the year 2005 and something similar happened to me or I don't know if it is the same, mine said not blocked, I changed battery and nothing, I could not start it in any way, so it ended in the workshop of the concessionary agency, they first said it was the computer ECU, after it was the card reader, but in the end it was resolved by changing a multiplexor that is connected to one of the battery cables.
