Chevrolet Aveo/Kalos 2011 Failure published by Manual-Mecanica
Chevrolet Aveo or Daewoo Kalos Motor F14de 2011 DOHC. The car has 35,000km
presents P0300 cylinder failure, diagnosing it is No. 2, the engine remains unstable. Previously changed: original coil, spark plug cables, spark plugs, injectors were cleaned. There are injection pulses, good spark and compression. When I disconnect the plug from the injector or cylinder 2 cable there is no change but when I connect the engine it looks good x 20 sec and starts failing. Some idea or comment.

Last Diagnosis of Salfasur is to remove cylinder head, the owner almost infarcted. X The spark plug hole is seen the head of the newly polished piston. I will exchange injectors and comment.

Ok, exchange injector 2 with 4 = the same. Compression 185 to 190 in the 4 cylinders. exchange injector cables and the fault persists. The only thing that fuels weird when I disconnect the IAC valve there is no difference. The slowdown is stable at all times 900RPM media valve and ok resistance and when I open the valve works. But still giving cylinder failure Code P0300. And it shows in the engine

Hi Wal7er, P0300 Random Misfire detected or random ignition failure. I mean one or more cylinders suffer ignition failure detectable by the ECU or ECU detects that there is misfire or ignition failure but cannot determine alone which or which cylinders fail. The ECU Motor through CKP and CMP signals This produces a small, pro quantifiable defection of the CKP signal (crankshaft position) or missing or combustion failure. If the Misfire occurs in cylinder NO 2 and the ECU has CMP (camshaft position) can isolate the failure in the cylinder that occurs and should generate another P0302 code (MISFIRE CYLINDER 2).
When the ECU Motor detects combustion failure P0300 increases the sensitivity of the cylinder monitoring due to the detected MISFIRE cylinder (Misfire Counters) or combustion failure counters and displays the cylinder by cylinder. This is very important to be able to isolate the failure. EJ Misfire Counters Cyl 2 is 700 and the rest approximately in 30, review conditions that can generate MISFIRE in that cylinder 2 (Injection, ignition, compression). On the other hand, if the combustion fault counters (Misfire Counters) are approximately 700 all, look operation, this serves to see if any of this data is wrong and to recreate the especially loading conditions in which the code occurs.
