Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: Recalent and does not start
hi how are things.
I must inform you of the bad news that I personally have disarmed that engine twice and I have not been able to find the service manual in the network. I have a technical information and experience in your engine fair and necessary to perform the complete engine repair, such as torques, falls that are in the Autodata. If you have knowledge in mechanics and you can understand information that we can give yourself by this route, try to do it yourself if you do not take it to a specialized workshop that has experience in your engine.
luck...

Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: Recalent and does not start
Well, I have knowledge of a mechanic, in fact work repairing mauinaria so that with the data in hand I think I can do it myself. The doubt that I have is about the distribution strap since simple sight I do not see the typical pulleys marks to align the crankshaft with the camshaft, in addition to that it is not a dentated strap. Could you tell me what is the way to do it? thank you.
The manual will see if I get it even if it is paper in a specialized library. I think there is one, I'll tell you. Thank you, greetings

Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: Recalent and does not start
I have achieved the manual in English and German. I do not dominate either of the two languages but I see the photos and I discover that the belt that looks outside is not the distribution strap since it carries chain and is hidden as it should be. I have not disarmed anything yet but I will put hand and count.

Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: Recalent and does not start
hello.
You are a lucky one since you found the manual. I would be grateful for you to give me the address where you found it.
Well, it will be easier to help you with the knowledge you have, I got to work for disarmament.
To penetrate the crankshaft, a special tool is introduced by a side plug of the cylinder block that the crankshaft locks that lock is fair with the position of the piston nº1 in its PMS, and for the cams axes they remain with slots that carry in their ends horizontally parallel to the upper surface of the cylinder head, that slot is not in the center of the axis. That has to do with hearing.
To do a good work of the cylinder head, you must first lower the oil carter, disassemble the crankshaft pulley, the water pump, and the distribution front cover. With all this disassembled it will be very easy to disassemble it. The head of cylinder heads are "Torch" do not try it with a hexagonal dice.
Good luck and then we continue ...
