Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: Double connector and relay pump P306 HDI pump
What Joni07 tells you is that the problem is usually the pump ground cable if you can take it out of direct chassis dough with one eye to some be a bolt, and the other one that mentions you is that it feeds the direct pump of some contact fuse and that it is not cut with the start to avoid the relay, now if you want to change the relay double just change it, and the connector direct pins and if what you want is to change it for another only follow the color of cables and now. Good luck and abras

Manual-Mecanica response on the Re: Double connector and relay pump P306 HDI pump
Hello, I have the same problem, at first I look at the relay and in fact I exchange it with another that has identical in the same box behind the switchboard, but continues to give the same problem (although I do not know what the other relay is for), I have reached the pump and sometimes the 12 volts do not reach it, it stays in 3 and peak volts constant as well as in the pump fuse (with mass in a screw) volts but 3.30 volts), as well as the issue of mass. It is very random but now it is more constant, at first it failed to start but now it stops sometimes working and the motor witness is turned on. Can it be that the two relays fail?
Greetings.

MANUAL-MECHANIC APPLICATION ON THE SUBJECT CONNECTOR AND DOUBLE GASOIL PUMB PUMPS P306 HDI
Thank you for answering, it is a Peugeot 306 HDI 2000 90CV Boulevard of the year 1999.
The SATURDAY A 40 KMS OF MADRID Light the witness of motor self -diagnosis to 120 and in 5 SEG the car is completely stopped. On Sunday I disassembled the bomb+aphorador and I think it works perfectly with some garbage dump in the internal filter but I don't think that was the problem. Previously it only failed to start and curiously when a "noise" sounded that I later discovered that it was the bomb. The relays I have also taken and tested outside, they are armored, you cannot see the contacts but the operation seems correct, 6 cables more, 3 by relay one to excite the coil and two for the contacts. Apparently they reach the diesel pump through a 15 amps fuse the 12 volts that must come by the relay more to the dcha of the two mentioned, just in case I have connected a mass cable of a rear seat screw to the pump directly, if the relays, the fuse and the pump are well might be the subject of contacts but nothing is seen reheated or possible false contacts. I do not know if it is the same problem and now it makes the car stop or have an added one.

Turning the head, a double relay should carry two circuits, I think the box that I dismantled where the two simple and two fuses were not to command the pump, they also seemed small for the power of the pump. Can it be another box that goes to the right also behind the switchboard?
