From what you comment, it may be that you have some touched alternator bearing, or the other fixed roller of the mixed belt.
When putting a new belt, the tension is greater and the pressure on the bearings of the different accessories (alternator, assisted steering pump, air conditioner compressor, tensioners ...) is also greater, if there is any bearing asking for relief the new belt denotes its presence.
Another thing that can happen is a poor voltage in the belt, so that at the time, the engine is unstable (not because it stops, but because its turn consists of acceleration and deceleration movements each round that becomes vibrations in the belt).
That instability in the turn makes the different accessories skate at each motor turn.
To see if this is the cause, it is very easy, slowed down, light the air conditioning, raise the hood and see if the belt vibrates and if it sounds like a \ "tablet \". If so, the belt is loose. Another way of looking at it is when starting cold and turning the assisted direction to make the same way or start screaming (those straps are little).
All the best.
