In the photo that you titled from another point on the engine you will see on the left side two red lines, three on the right side are the cables of following spark plugs and you will reach the spark plugs.

The dice or cube measure as you call it is 13/16 and 5/8.

Regarding the gasoline filter I do not remember where it is located.
