I need help with my Nissan pick-up published by Manual-Mecanica
The problem I have is that I start the vehicle, I start it, but since at ten minutes it goes out, it no longer sends spark to the candle or spark plug, so I have doubts that it is the computer, but it has already eliminated the injectors, that is, it has carburetor, but what can I do to eliminate the computer and that it sends me direct current to the distributor so that the snouts are no longer interrupted. Nissan Z-24 Model 1986 I will thank you if they send me any solution and in passing the technical manual.

B) Greetings maybe you need a conventional ignition to completely suppress the light of the ECM and many elements such as: air temperature sensor in the admission, the 2 oxygen sensors of the catalyst is needed; you could perhaps check your fuel filter or may or may not be fuel or perhaps much and drown it; remember the combustion is based on fuel and spark that you find it and if you find the fault. Thank you very much for your answer, but I tell you, you already have those sensors annulled, that is, it practically only has the computer to send signal to the coil that sends you current to the distributor, but Talvez can tell me if I can adapt the distributor of an 84 or 85 model and if you can make changes with the coils or they can be used. Thanks in advance

:) Ho the friend: apparently your truck's failure is due to saturation of the coils, it is very likely that the coils after 10 minutes begin to reheat and blocked the spark. Test leaving them cool for half an hour if after cooling, the engine starts it is very likely that alternator voltage regulator is overloading, or there may be some circuit is altered and when it is heated it is blocking the current to the coils or the coil could be altered.
Try if during the fault the pulses of the computer arrives. I do not recommend that you use the conventional ignition system, it is very obsolete. If you need it, I have the Nissan D21 / D22 manuals. With that motor model.
Greetings.
Simon.

 This engine comes in several verctions, one is the factory carburado.
For this there is a distributor that, being electronic, has nothing to do with the computer.
My suggestion is that a distributor of these is achieved, which only nesecita current of the switch, earth and then the signal or pulse for the coils comes out, even if it is two or a coils there is the version: SIDE:
