Help pressure sensor 5WK9681

Hello, I am working with a motor bank that uses a 5WK9681 Siemens sensor to measure the intake pressure. I need to know the relationship between signal tension and pressure, but I can't find specifications.

It has three threads, 5V feed, dough and signal.

Could anyone help me find more data of this type of sensor?
