TEMPERATURE PROBLEMS IN MI 306 PUBLISHED BY MANUAL-MECANICA
Hello everyone, the problem I have is as follows: when I connect the A/C, the motorcyclers are not connected and the compressor stops. The fact is that the other day I was circulating and I had no problems, I suppose that with the air that entered it was enough to refrigerate, but when circulating in the city, the engine temperature began to be excessively risen.
I have reviewed by the forum and in the electrical schemes and possibly the thermocontact or the relay of the motorcyclers (the ok fuses), but my question is that I cannot locate both elements in the engine. Could anyone tell me if I'm going well and guide me where these elements are? Thank you so much.
The vehicle is a Peugeot 306 2.0 HDI

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problems with temperature in me 306
How about, friend, my specialty, they are not those vehicles, but I can guide you according to the standard procedures that I use in other models.
* Computerized diagnosis with a scanner or diagnostic tool.
* Depending on the information provided by the scanner, review the values of the temperature sensor (s) ("pay close attention to this sensor")
* Check leaks in the cooling system.
* Check the physical-electrical state of the electrventilator (which is not stuck; attempts to supply voltage to the electro connector)
* A quick test would be to disconnect the sensor (s) of temperature (when performing this operation, the electrventillars should automatically turn on. If they do not turn on check the fuses and/or relays; ultimately the wiring and/or computer of the vehicle).

It's all for now. . . I remind you that it is not the model with which I specialize, however, this procedure is almost Standar.

Thank you very much Mardixon for your information which guides me a little more in my problem. Although I have no scanner or diagnostic tool, I will try to perform everything else, although I still do not locate the happy sensor.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problems with temperature in me 306
Good partner, I had the mnimso problem with my 306 ..

Look right next to the battery, which you will find like a big black box, there is a hexagonal screw you take it off and you will see inside another black box Pqueña, with 2 fuses of 40 amp small, check them, those make the AA fans move, and the motor fan

then if you take out the front leaf that exists between the boxes. Black in the middle of the 2 fans, they are the green relays that make the quarrels move, check that they are not burned and work .. you can buy it by giving him 12 goes the coil of each relay and see if they open well clos contacts

I hope it helps you. all the best

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problems with temperature in me 306
ok abelus_wrx, thanks for the contribution.

I have checked all the fuses and the functioning of the relays, all ok go, in fact an electrical scheme of the refrigeration system and I have followed. OK fuses, ok relays and ok relays output, I made tension directly to the exits of these and the fans do not work. I think I have nowhere to play more, are the fans, but the two cast?

I have tried to get them out but it has been impossible for me, they come fatal to extract them.
In the end I see myself taking it to a workshop since I do not see how to get them out to replace them.

Thanks for the contributions but now I keep the extraction of these to see if there is a way.

All the best.
