Problem with Peugeot 405 published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello Buano, first of all I introduce myself Jonathan, I am from Chile and my vehicle is a peugeot 405 year 96 engine 1.8, well the problem is that I recently started throwing oil through the oil cover which is on the engine on the side of the air filter, Change orrines I will accelerate it either, only when the engine is strength, Rebise the spark plugs to see if I was losing compression and nothing bewlhuns intact,
hopefully someone can help me before hand thank you very much.
Jonatahn.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problem with Peugeot 405
Hello Jonathan, check the breathing or disagree tubes that the engine has possibly covered or disconnected you must see if they go to the admission directly or go through a decanter check and make me know, what may be happening to you is that by not having gas disagreement to expel them for the cover, greetings Alf.-

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problem with Peugeot 405
Thank you for answering and losing your waiting, hehe.
Look the other day, check the engine, and in that part that carries the oil lid at the side of the front, three handles come out.
Disconnect them and I saw each of them the largest ba direct to the carter or at least it is seen that there is there, the second goes a connection after the air filter and before the carburetor and the third goes directly to a crosate of the carburetor, but no ta covered.
But as my curiosity is great and the concern too, I took the valve lid and check those three outputs, but to my surprise no one will give the valve compartment the valve cover has as a sealed bedroom and interconnects those three outings.
The other day a neighbor made that consultation to his mechanic and he told him that some carry the internal releasing, what true will be ??
Puxa I hope you can guide me so that they don't use me to make my fool and they are going to gain nonsense, if you like you can send you some photos of the lid in question.
Thank you very much.
Jonathan

Jonathan if you have a tapda nose where you breathe. This is the same principle that breathlessness can be covered and the air does not pass so that the engine gases absorb.- Greetings Alf.-

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problem with Peugeot 405
Hello everyone: well I present myself, I am Marcos de Cordoba and I have a 405 93 naphtha to carburetor and I have the same problem with the oil, but it seems to me that I have broken a hoop because before I did not play that way, anyone has happened to anyone?
All the best.
