How to disassemble the Central Toyota Avensis console published by Manual-Mecanica

I have melted some lighting LED of the heating and a/a controls and I would like to replace them. Does anyone know how to disassemble the central console in which the boarding computer, the radio and the surgery and A/A are found?
My car is Untoyota Avensis of 2001.
