I am new with a synchronous neon.

All excellent until it gave me a fault and turned on the light of the board "Service Engine Soon" I verified yy I noticed that a spark plug was off ... I did the next day in the morning the spark plugs and I realized that: Ohmy: they were all submerged from oil in the thread but not in the electrode, at the exemption from which I had turned off the day before (1). My questions are:
1) Is it normal in these cars that the spark plugs are full of oil to the thread? (They are not lazy)
2) What spark plugs (brand) recommend me to work optimal?
