Lack of power in Cordoba TDI 90 CV AG published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello I need help. I bought a Cordoba TDI 90 CV with the broken cylinder head for breaking distribution, I have mounted another and the car is going well but it has no pull. From 1000 to 2000 rpm of a pull but from those laps it costs him to climb and stays like an atmospheric. I have changed the flow but it is still the same, I have cleaned the EGR but nothing, when putting the diagnostic machine gives me a single magnetic valve failure of feeding overpression. The turbo acts since if I accelerate the tubes of the intercooler they swell but it lacks the pull of these engines. I would clock if you could guide me, thanks in advance

Try the valve that controls the turbo (N75)

Follow the tube that comes out of the actuator (it is next to the turbo, it is like a bombin that acts) and will take you to this valve that I tell you ... To try it you can clean it with residue spray 0, release the air tubes and the current strip and throw spray through the two air inlets (those that are together). For trying it can be worth it, a greeting;)
