EYE WITH THE GUARANTEE LAW

Reading carefully, is important.
I will tell you what has happened to me in case you can apply to the purchase of any product. I will try to be brief:
-I started a portable computer on PC City, Fujitsu brand and a year and a half it has spoiled me, says the technician who has screwed the screen (it has not fallen or anything similar), which apparently has melted and that cannot be fixed, only the full screen is changed, total 400 euros.
-I will come to PC City and they tell me that with the new warranty law, to add the 6 months of purchase, it is I who must prove that the computer had the failure when I bought it. That is impossible, even those of the CSI do not get it. Total that I have run out of portable a year and a half of buying it.
-The old law only gave 1 year warranty, but the seller/ manufacturer was taken care of without further ado (unless it was your fault, for fall, ...)
-With the new warranty law, it is extended until two years but from 6 months the guarantee in cases such as computer science is impossible to cover the guarantee.
-In the specific case, PC City expands the guarantee per year, but in the English Court, FNAC and other serious extend the guarantee until two years without having to prove that the ruling is of origin.

Do not buy Fujitsus on PC City.
