Renault Logan 2009 ABS problem

I explain the fault: I turn on the car and it does not have any light on the board, but after 20 kmh the brake pedal is activated the ABS The pedal is very hard and the car does not stop. You have new front rolls with your ABS system. When the car has 10 min rolling on the light of the ABS along with the handbrake light and the ABS are deactivated. I put the scanner and throw these fault codes: ABS-DF 063 and DF 017 (the mechanic says that it is a short circuit on Earth) that car has 2 additional land cables that I put myself. I don't know what else to do because the mechanic does not correct my fault. Who can help me, I appreciate it.

The DF 063 code is due more than everything to a reading of one of the wheels in my case also presents that code and in the vehicle test it note that the right front wheel marks less speed than the other example I go to 40 km/Hy in the two rear and the left front but in the right front it marks 36 or 34 km/h.
