Help Alarm Cobra 7777

Hello everyone, my problems is that the command of my alarm must be deprogrammed or something happened since for a few days I will not have closed the car, giving one of the two buttons that the command brings a fixed red light comes out in the command itself and does nothing, I do not know what I can do, if someone can help me.
