Manual-Mecanica Response on the Mercedes Vito 112 CDI
Check out if you have a pressure at the entrance of the Intercooler (re -approves the clamps for avoiding pressure losses), if you have no pressure or it is very low, it will be necessary to see if the turbo rotates freely, if so it will be necessary to think about the Turbo's electrovalve works electrically and check the emptiness tubes of this that do not have cracks (it is usually frequent this, the problem). Another point to check if the above is okay is the intercooler that does not have leaks both this and its tubes and clamps, try it with soap and water with the engine at 2000 rpm to see if you have leaks. Good luck and that the breakdown is little.
