ESCANER LAUNCH X431 IV

Hello friends I need help, I commented on a launch scanner X431 IV, in China once it arrived it and enters the update page lowering all the available files, once this is done according to the instructions format the card and installing the new files ... but there is my problem ..... The scanner recognizes the card makes all the steps of the menu everything else As if they did not exist ....

But when checking the card on the PC the files are all there ... I have done those many times and nothing ..... someone has an idea that may be happening and can help me.
