Power Window and Lock don't work .....

Hello my problem is that Nissan Murano 2003 does not work the crystals or insurance. They do not go down or go up I had to take out the panels and put each of the engines with the battery current to be able to climb them. Insurance tumocos only work with the alarm beepper. Remove the controls of the driver's door and try them in another Nissan and work perfectly. It comes current but it doesn't work, I don't know what else to do. Thanks for your help.
