VW Jetta MK4 2005 Lock Module Substation

Hello good afternoon:

I write the following post, because I have not found any guide or video of how to replace the rear door lock module of a VW Jetta MK4 Europe 2005 (it is not electric).

I already remove the inner panel of the door but I run into another sheet sustained by screws but I have not been able to remove it, I do not know if I have to remove the window or something similar ???

any suggestion ???
