Renault Clio 2

Dear friends
I have a Renault Clio 2 year 2001 .... My problem is on the instrument board .... there are moments that I have no speed indication ... RPM ..... Fuel and temperature level, there is also no indication of the mileage display.
In other occasions only it turns on all normal and then everything to zero again and finally, which is what happens to me now ... the tacometro is fixed at 2500 rpm with the engine off, when the engine turns on ... the display only indicates a moment, the speed, temperature and fuel .... well.
I made the board of the board and all normal .... only that the tacometer does not start from zero, if not 2500 rpm ...
