KIA CARENSION ACCELERASION FAILURE 2001 SYNCHRONIC

Good afternoon my kia carens synchronics, fails as if they worked badly when I start it, if the acceleration is paired but when the revolution goes down when I stop or under speed the fault returns and I have to change it at a lower speed and accelerate it so that it matches again. I change pump and gasoline filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires and nothing, they tell me that it can be a coil, the cam sensor or the oxygen sensor. The cam sensor for Carens is not achieved and they tell me that the river is useful. Please help me if they can. Thank you
