Negative injector pulse

Hello friends I have a Mazda 323 distributor 1.3 engine, it presents an electrical failure because it does not reach the negative signal to the injectors I already tried the computer in another car and worked well and check the computer branch to the injectors and it is good I would like to know why the computer does not send negative signal to the injectors, Gracis
