Citroen Jumper Electric Scheme 1.9 D 1999

About 2 months ago, driving the engine stopped. When trying to start it, the immobilizer indicator was not turned off so I do not start, change the fuse No. 16 S (Diesel electric stop) with the preheating symbols and lack of fuel but crossed out.
Changing the fuse the van started normally, but the failure was repeated 3 times more in 2 months.
Last Friday I could not start it by changing the fuse because the fuse breaks putting the contact.
I found under the steering wheel the immobilizer switchboard (reference 46417024 of yellow). I disconnect it, change the fuse, put the contact and jump the fuse. (I deduce that there is no problem in the switchboard.)

If someone can help me because I don't have money to take the van to the mechanic.

You should check wiring that goes to the pump (electrovalvula stop), tabien may be due to some derivation in the postitive of the mass heater. Greetings!!
