RELIEF!! VW Sharan 1.9 TDI Auy Workshop Manual

Please, I need the cited minivan workshop manual, or some of the galaxy or Alahambra that brings information about the 1.9 TDI Auy engine.

It has gone, at 326,000 km. The cylinder head, and I wish with all my soul more than anything to know the torques and ways of tightening the screws of the cylinder head. I consider that this is really important for the engine to be well repaired, and although I have been searching and looking for I do not give the manual or in English or anywhere .. :

Hi leogante, usually the tightening of the New Board packaging usually comes, well in any case here I have the tightening of these 1.9Tdi the tightening is in cross inside out: Camiss tree covers 2 Dan, tightening cuisine: 1st phase 40 nm, 2nd phase 60 Nm, 3rd phase 90º, 4th phase 90º. The tightening of the butt screws is made in 4 phases:
1st phase ..... 40 Nm
2nd phase ... 60 Nm
3rd phase

90 degrees (a quarter turn)
4th phase ...... 90 degrees (a quarter turn)
always from inside to the outside ...
