Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Mazda B2500 Diesel
Hello Dogor87

To get the synchrony of the distribution strap of that engine you can look
Only the Synchrony of the outer strap that joins the injection pump with camshaft. To tell the truth, it is not necessary for that part since it has terrible over -level marks in both housing to correctly locate each of the gears.
Now if what is needed is to synchronize the internal gears of the crankshaft and injection pump because there is complicated since it does not come out anywhere and I get tired.
Here is that when I saw that I was not, I started preparing everything to assemble the engine at once because I did not have time to lose and the thing is more than simple.
The crankshaft is in the upper dead point the pistons 1-4.
Then there are two boys gear who have a hole of oil lubrication that must coincide with the respective block of the block, you have to have a precaution there so that it is well placed but it will be missing lubrication to the gear bushing.
After those two boys, the injection pump arrives and it is here where the key to the matter is.
That interior gear has no visible brand of synchronia with anything but ...
The pump axis is with a key so that gear on the axis of the injection pump fits into a only position.
This gear is supportive with another that will be outside the metal housing that closes all that sector of gears and oils.
Well that other gear also fits a spike that gives it a only possible position. So you can't err there.
Well, finally, the gear that I tell you is that of the toothed strap and has the brand of synchronia on references that says in which position to put it, which is none other than the pump synchrony position.
While we are putting together the internal gears we present the exterior metal lid and we mark where the brand for the dentated strap matches. Then we remove it and without a lid we use the gear of the belt on the pump to have the reference and turn the pump until the gear mark coincides and the reference we copy from the lid.
Be careful not to move it we place the crazy gear and everything is already connected to each other.
After controlling they put the lid, the distribution gear in the pump and cgart the engine a bit.
In the upper dead point pistons 1-4 the mark of the pump strap in the mark of the housing should be left. Then in the end the camshaft also goes in a mark with its gear and it is with the piston 1-4 one of them at crossing and the other in work. I do not remember which one was at work and which one at crossing.
But it is the least since the brand is clear and the camshaft also goes with a key in the assembly of its gear so just fit into a unique and inequivoca position.

I hope it serves you.

Hug!!!!

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Mazda B2500 Diesel
Thanks for your help, although I tell you that I got a diagram to synchronize the gears and I stay 100% although I have a problem I have to trace the injection pump to be able to turn it on the bad is that it is freely pulling white smoke because if I leave it in your time it does not turn on or tow the good truck I suppose that it must be that the fuel does not arrive with enough precion to burst the cylinder I would like to know if you can know if you can know what you can know. It is the correct pressure of the injectors, 1800 PSI were currently left, I would like to know if it should be greater because if not, it would be thought that the bomb that does not have enough outflow. I tell you this problem is since it is bought you must always heat it to get it even if you get away you just put out the engine
thanks a hug

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Mazda B2500 Diesel
Hello Dogor87
according to your comment on the engine defect, it gives me some of the distribution.
Can you please control some points please?
1_ pistons 1 and 4 in perfect upper dead point.
2_ with the engine in that position and drawing the distribution belt cover to be able to observe the assembly of said belt. The gear mark of the camshaft is coinciding with the brand of the housing?
3_ The gear mark of the injection pump coincides with the brand in the housing?

If with pistons 1 and 4 in PMS the brands of the camshaft and injection pump coincide with their marks of errious in the housing everything that is synchronias is correct and the problem is in the injection pump that you must send it to repair in a specialized workshop.
Now if any does not coincide to perfect the problem is in the bad assembly of the gears between Sigual and Injection pump. Follow the step by step that details in the first message that is correct. The engine that ARME starts inside the workshop purging the injectors and preheating only once and even almost no battery charge. The engine was perfect !!! So I can't help but recommend that you follow the synchronia detail that I do in my workshop.
A hug and I wish you luck and success with that engine !!!
